THE THINKING

Documentary, not testimonial. The camera follows the real arc — assessment numbers first, training blocks, the setbacks in between — because a change story is only worth telling if the process is visible. Youth faces follow the studio rule: profiles and backs on camera, front faces covered.

THE OUTCOME

In production. This page carries the stills and the story now; the finished film replaces the placeholder the week it is cut — the case structure does not change, only the evidence gets stronger.
