Filmed over years in white-polo uniformity: every clip is the same coach, the same framing, the same standard — a library that looks like one product because it was shot like one.

THE THINKING

Raw footage is not a product. The case method: catalog every clip by body part, step and equipment; verify frames against the written standard; then assemble — first a searchable library for members, then sequenced six-week programs as the premium layer.

THE OUTCOME

Cataloging is underway in weekly batches; the first program wave (shoulder, core, athletic lower body) is assembled from verified clips only. The library feeds the membership; the programs sell separately.
